Returns Overview
If you change your mind or receive an item that doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return within 40 days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and extras must be included
A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened software, activation codes, or digital licenses
Used consumables (e.g., printer ink, cleaning solutions)
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
Exchange & Replacement
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a fast replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
After receiving your returned item:
We’ll inspect and notify you of approval
If accepted, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are made to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to an error on our part)
