Refund & Returns Policy

At iramara.com, we stand behind the quality of the electronics we sell. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work to make it right.


Returns Overview

If you change your mind or receive an item that doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return within 40 days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and extras must be included

  • A valid proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened software, activation codes, or digital licenses

  • Used consumables (e.g., printer ink, cleaning solutions)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification


Exchange & Replacement

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a fast replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

After receiving your returned item:

  • We’ll inspect and notify you of approval

  • If accepted, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to an error on our part)

Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.
